Bryson is an active third grader who loves family, school, chess, Fortnite and, yes, sports. He recently became an author by publishing his first book ‘Touchdown Time,’ a children’s book for early readers that celebrates the importance of boys spending time with their dads and encourages us all to appreciate the little things in life like getting outside and have fun.
His new YouTube Channel The Kid Knows Sports features fun sports content from a kid’s point of view. His episodes cover everything from NBA and NFL predictions and commentary to Monster Jam coverage and special guest interviews. It’s an entertaining, fun and refreshing look at sports.
When the coronavirus put a stop to all things athletics during this pandemic, Bryson had to find a different way to make an impact off-camera as the topics for his channel were limited.
In response to the pandemic, Bryson chose to get creative and started selling ‘Coronanvirus Kits’ to help keep his family and friend safe. The kits contained branded washable, anti-microbial Kid Knows Sports facemask(s) and 2-ounce hand sanitizers. The popularity of his kits resulted in a partnership with a manufacturer in California, Brave Gowns, who made his masks available exclusively on their site. Bryson has sold more than 400 masks since launching his business and he even donated some of the earnings back to the community by giving hundreds of dollars to local charities for children. He was recently featured on the nationally syndicated TV show The Doctors for an interview with Dr. Ian Smith!
He is also the first kid contributor for QCityMetro.com, a digital news platform in Charlotte, NC.
And, in case you were wondering, Bryson is a die-hard Charlotte Hornets and Carolina Panthers fan.
